But isn't this the section for Nolan's future projects? This should be in another section.

Nolan is producing the reboot. So this is about his future project.

Ha, yeah, just thought of that.

I'm sure we have a thread for it though.

A good idea for this would be from the perspective from James Gordon as a detective investigating the Batman. And perhaps we never actually see Batman. He's this dark figure throughout the film, but many fans would never go for that.

interesting....like a serial killer who doesnt kill....he's a criminal because he's a vigilante...he 's wanted by the police....but we never see him....we just arrive at the crime scene after he's done

that's a clever and unique idea

there's a character named Bruce Wayne who we suspect of being the Batman, but it's never shown.

Yeah, an idea about a vigilante told not from the vigilante's point of view has always intrigued me.

It might be an interesting short.

Seems like a great idea if handled correctly. But it would actually have to be a period piece. No rock and roll. Most period pieces are so screwed up. Look at Boardwalk Empire, that god-awful of of tune electric guitar they use in their theme music does NOT fit the period of the show at all. Totally ruins it.

Miller's Crossing meets Batman, maybe?
