I mean, seriously though.

The last few films take so many cues from Nolan films, so I don't see what he could add to the franchise that wasn't already attempted or partially accomplished by at least Casino Royale and Skyfall.

Unless Nolan makes it a period piece, which is the best change that can come to the franchise, IMO.
Any specific period which would be more interesting than from the 60s on? Since we've had Bond films all basically taking place around the time they're made, which is from the 60s on.
Post WWII, when we kinda see the former power and grandeur of the British empire really dwindle.

The other way they could go is doing a literal adaptation of the books, more specifically the post Fleming books.

It could be something that actually happens, but I doubt this paper or anyone else has any real "source" that can actually confirm it currently. It's just speculation and conjecture at this point.

The dude literally links to Reddit to a guy who said that Nolan meeting with the Bond producers may be about Bond 26. We've been speculating the same for months now

If Nolan makes a James Bond, I personally think that he'll make just one and not developing a new saga around the character.

Well, who knows, I wouldn't mind him making more than one. Preferably with original film(s) in between though ;)

Still hope for Nolan getting to kick off the new Bond era with Villeneuve making his one after him.
