Hardy is a great actor very talented but no Bond, people have enough of a problem with Craig in the role Hardy would cause riots.
Fassbender would have been brilliant but he's too big now, no actor has been at that level and then been cast, Moore probably was the most high profile, Connery was an unknown, Lazenby the same, Dalton was known for stage work, Brosnan some TV work and straight to VHS work
The next Bond will be relatively unknown just like Craig was, anyone try and say DC was a name is talking rubbish it was only Layer Cake and then Munich that got him out to a wider audience but he was far from a house hold name and that is the way it should be. It was only the likes of myself who's witnessed his incredible performance in Our Friends In The North and then other work in the UK.
Bond actors should be relative unknowns because they have little well known work they can be associated with, Hardy & Fass are far beyond that, mark my words neither will be Bond.
