I just listened to the podcast and they mentioned that they couldn't come up with that many actresses, especially since all of Nolan's films are centered on male characters while the females tend to only be supporting. Here are some actresses that came to my mind I would like to see in his films:

Vera Farmiga
Michelle Yeoh
Rose Byrne
Naomi Watts
Zoe Saldana
Uma Thurman


And then to add to male actors, Jeremy Renner who is completely brilliant in The Hurt Locker.
