That thread on The Prisoner got me thinking, what if Nolan, sometime in the future, were to direct or "godfather" a TV series?

It might be interesting, if the idea is his own, but it probably won't be in the near future.

That would be pretty cool.
Kind of like what Scorsese is doing with Boardwalk Empire.
Nolan could do a gritty crime drama. Something like that.

No need to get upset, I'm sure even if you miss the hypothetical miniseries on tv, you can catch it later on hypothetical DVD or even hypothetical Bluray.

No I don't want him doing TV Shows. But if he does then I'm gonna be so addicted to that series that my dad has to use a crowbar to get me of of my seat and TV.

A miniseries like Band of Brothers, with only ten episodes, would be fine with me. Though I am glad that Nolan has not made any TV series or TV films, it makes his IMDb track record look so much nicer . But if he were to direct a ten part series following the same story, I'm sure it would be amazing.
