What do you think about his beliefs ?
Did he ever talk about this kind of things in interviews or anywhere else ? Does he believe in god ? Is he a christian ?

these are kind of trivias and maybe useless , but they can help us understand some part of the movies and what he wanted to say ( although it's better to see movies in a way we like not in a way that filmmakers wants ) and by the way we are here to talk about him !

I know him as a very smart guy

and one of the important facts in his movies is Judgment ( remember memento , prestige , dark knight and even insomnia )

and also people beliefs and their attitudes ( like in TDK or in Prestige )

and human Mind and its abilties or psychological problems

and in one word he makes us think after watching his movies .

so it's nice to know how this man see the world . if he believes in spiritual meaning or just see the world of materials without any soul !

I don't think he has ever commented about his religious beliefs.

Me neither, but Im pretty sure he is an atheist, judging on his film-making.

Agree with both of you guys, he is a very intelligent, extremely opened minded, realist filmmaker and storyteller.

I'm betting that's he's probably an atheist too, a lot of people in England are atheists compared to the US. And by judging on the down-and-realistic tones of his films, it's a safe bet that he probably doesn't believe in unicorns and fairies...cough...I mean some dude with a big beard in the clouds.

That or he's just private about his religion or...noneligion, he's a very private man anyways.
