There's a guy on the forum at Blu-ray.com that I've seen repeatedly mention Following as Nolan's best work any time someone praises Memento, TDK, The Prestige, etc.

It was really close between BB and PRESTIGE, but I'm giving BB the nod, just because it is so supremely rewatchable. I've probably watched it more than any other film of this century.
