That's part of the genius of Nolan, his movies are always interchangeable.

This is tricky, but I think I have a list (which I will probably change tomorrow):

1. Inception (The story is so incredibly deep when you stop to really think about all the things Cobb feels guilty about.....and his ultimate goal of getting back to his kids)
2. The Dark Knight (I will never forget the way I felt leaving the IMAX theater that day. I almost got into a car accident trying to drive home. I will never get that exact experience again)
3. Batman Begins (A sincere, earnest Batman film...finally)
4. Memento (What a script...)
5. The Dark Knight Rises (I didn't find it disappointing at all, personally. The ending is absolutely incredible)
6. The Prestige (Fantastic film, and a nice role played by Mr. Bowie as well!)
7. Following (Very well written, and extremely inspiring to me as a filmmaker to know how little Nolan had to work with at the time. I love the twists at the end!)
8. Insomnia (Don't read too much into this being on the bottom. It's great!)

The Dark Knight - The absolute perfect balance of intelligent and commercially sound entertainment.
The Prestige - This movie is unbelievable. The script is killer. Performances are killer. Direction. Character development. Wow.
Memento - This movie can truly be inaccessible to some people. So much attention to detail and care was taken. Very impressive.
Inception - A big budget, complex film with mass appeal. To follow up TDK with this is really making a point.
Batman Begins - A look inside the mind of one of pop culture's most enduring heroes.
TDKR - Add some scenes that seem to be missing context and this movie is a true epic.
Insomnia - Very well made thriller. The least Nolan-y film he's made
Following - Impressive considering the circumstances and limitations this film was made under.

I don't know if I'll get any support for this one lol.
