Staying away for spoilers but can someone tell me if the ending of TDKR is a twist or something really unexpected?

People are saying the final act is full of twists and turns, but no word on whether the very end is a twist or not (like an Inception ending).

Unless there is news I am missing, in which case someone else might have a better idea.

Going to stay out of the TDKR Threads till the 20th. I know a lot, maybe too much....but I have no idea how its all going to pull together.
