Probably. The prologue had the current one, but that's obviously the simplest of changes.
Like I said, it certainly fits the tone of Nolan's flicks better than this:

I dunno. I feel mixed about it. I'm used to the old one, but this one is sorta kinda clever with the flipped 'D' like a flipped page in a comic book.

I agree with these. I like it, it'll probably suit TDKR pretty well.
Makes me think of a very serious film company.
