I like it more than the one they are using now. It's very simple and clean. The one they're using now is very much a product of the mid-00s and was ugly by default (Most of the modernizations of logos from the mid 00s sucked. It was all too sleek and plasticy.). This one is clean and simple. Still miss this one, though (the one they "modernized" in 05):



Keep in mind that the colors used for the logo will be different for every comic/film it's attached to. So that might spice it up a little for some who don't like it. I don't follow comics, but seeing that current cartoony DC logo before Nolan's Batman flicks is kinda unintentionally humorous. You just can't make that logo look respectable.
