I'm a 56 years old mind inside a 27 years old skull.

Edit: To be a bit more clear, I don't feel more experienced or knowledgeable than my age, nor do I feel I've lived long enough and I wouldn't mind if it ends in the next 10 years or so.

Just that I feel very old in terms of passage of time rather than spirit. Whether that's because I keep remembering the past events very clearly with lots of details or because I've led a very non-monotonous and eventful life and my memory is filled with the images of so many different environments and characters, I just don't passionately long to regain the years passed as much as I often find it to be the case, with most people of my age.£

Feeling old is just a mental state.

Everyone should avoid feeling old. If you feel like that then change something.

I'm nearly 27 and I grunt when I get up from a sitting position.

Sure! I also don't have or plan to get any education in film.
