I found this image on the iMDB boards. As far as I know, it's the only picture with Ledger and Nolan together. Or, it could be fake :evil:

I have the magazine, the picture is a montage made by Annie Leibowitz. Tha Noland was taken in 2008 and Ledger in 2005.
I think is a beautiful picture.
