It's very good but certainly not the must watch of Nolan's films. It's interesting to see some of his techniques develop in between Memento and Batman Begins. You watch it for Robin Williams, mainly.

Pacino is equally good if not better. The film is one of the finest thrillers of the last decade. So ridiculously underappreciated.£
