Lightly glide paper over my arm hair. So it barely touches the skin.

I don't know exactly what ASMR is (just read on Wiki now) so I don't know if it is cold chills/frissons or tingling (ASMR) but when I think about massage to my back, or the back of my legs then the upper portion of the skin on my back gets this nice sensation that goes all the way to the back of the my neck or head (across the skin). But maybe these are chills. The same is when someone strokes my hair (the back of the head espeacially) or massage me gently in the back of the neck or the upper part of my back.

Tingling (as in pins or burn) I had in anxiety attacks, on both arms, usually at the hands (palms, fingers)

Got mild ASMR from this.

Ok, now I'm scared.
