Girl, I totally know how you feel I've been trying to eat healthy for like...uhm..whatever.
When I have those cravings I'm so uncontrollable.
I work out a lot but this food thing is just a mess. Solution would be a cheat meal once a week.
And Ruth, I know it's so tough. How can you resist all these delicious junk food?
