Massive Earthquake hits Japan

The explosion at the nuclear power plant seems to be getting worse. There are several reports of Caesium-137 isotopes being detected in the region surrounding the plant.

Massive Earthquake hits Japan

The coast of Japan is 10 meters closer to the US than before.

CNN reports that the coast has moved 'only' 2.4 meters (8 feed) instead of 10. But that is still a massive movent. Also, the earth shifted 10 centimeters (4 inches) on it's axis.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe one man was swept out to sea and that a couple of harbors and boats were destroyed; but nothing major.

I was asking about the situation where he lives. Didn't see him post after that post and felt bad that noone noticed it.
