The whole original thread got erased so I'm bringing this back. The FCC did decide to abolish Net Neutrality but the fight is far from over. This will have to go through the courts and congress first, so make sure to spread the word and stop them from reaching the finishing line.

Not many vpn's are free anymore, but the one I currently have on my phone is psiphon pro. however it sometimes uses US isp lol.

Most businesses use VPNs. They can't just willy-nilly butcher that traffic.

Look for non-US VPNs.
