They do but that doesn't change the fact how many people are actively, proudly voting for fascist white supremacists. We (somehow) won our special election and not enough attention was brought to the amount of people willing to vote for an established racist pedophile over a Democrat.

The feds are tackling the case against Trump like organized crime. Working from the bottom up to the top. It will be up to Congress to decide what to do about Trump - the standing practice of the Justice Department isn't to indict a sitting President; it's not been decided by a Supreme Court case.
