Donald Trump: A REAL scandal is the one sided coverage, hour by hour, of networks like NBC & Democrat spin machines like Saturday Night Live. It is all nothing less than unfair news coverage and Dem commercials. Should be tested in courts, can’t be legal? Only defame & belittle! Collusion? (December 16, 2018)
Clearly 43 other people as prior presidents have never had to face satire and critique before.

Don't remember Hammond's Trump but anything at this point is better than Baldwin's Trump. Maybe I'm just tired of it at this point.

I completely agree with what Norm Macdonald said about the Trump jokes some two years ago - it's really the death of comedy, because everyone can do it. For a professional comedian, it should really be below standards now to do Trump jokes. (Christopher Hitchens said the same thing about the George W. Bush jokes years ago, although he was more blunt: "It's the joke stupid people can laugh at.")

It's a sort of social responsibility for comedians these times to try to grapple this issue in new and inventive ways, and seeing the same Trump (or Bush, or any) parody over and over again is extremely tiring and maybe even harmful.
