That's the same article as the JL one, and I don't think he ever actually says he's not producing Batman in there.

It never even was official he was producing the Batman reboot. It's something WB wants and Nolan has considered and that's all.

I'm going to hold my reservations about this one until we get more details. A JLA movie with Darkseid, and a Tower of Babel, or Brother Eye storyline would be great. If handled correctly, and not rushed, of course. I always enjoyed the older JLA comics and the animated series.

If Nolan and Batman are not in this, Avengers will kick their collective ass.

Honestly I doubt this will ever happen. WB just doesn't have the right organization for it. For this to work DC comic films would need to have their own studio and there is no sign of that any time soon.
