Too risky I think. It depends on how audiences are prepared to tolerate a new one after a succesful franchise, it's not the same like Spider-Man, Hulk, the FF or Daredevil who ended their respective fracnhises with failures.

If it is left alone until 2020, we wouldn't get a reboot. We would most likely get a Batman Beyond film. I would honestly love it, especially if it was canon in Nolan's universe. Batman would look like this:
Batman - Armie Hammer/Jonn Hamm
Martian Manhunter - Peter Mensah/Mark Strong
Wonder Woman - Jessica Biel/Olivia Wilde
The Flash - Adam Brody/Bradley Cooper/Ryan Gosling

He wont do it. I dont think that he thinks hes good enough yet. He is one of my fav. directors and really great at adapting novels and directing the to masterpieces. GBG and The Town are very good movies and Argo will be great aswell. I dont think he'll accept. Hes not the kind of person who would be attracted to TJL movie.
