I can actually waste my precious time as I'm doing right now and bring hard evidence to support my claims but you are just gonna disappear and ignore them all as soon as becoming exposed and then act as if nothing happened, so why even bother. I should know better after spending more than 4 years in this forum with you. Who knows, maybe you just have alzheimer or maybe IWatch has used your account to post all of those stuff.£

Just don't go overboard like me or you'll end up a shadow of your former self.

Oh, I admitted I have done it with Amazing Spider-Man and stuff but Virgo has a weird paranoia about everything I post (he won't let it go despite me trying to make peace several times yet still brings up years old stuff all the time) which leads to baseless assumptions on his part. It's odd.

Anyway, I wish we could get this thread back on topic. :?

Whedon is the fulfillment of what would have happened if Kevin Smith had ever got one of his various tentpole efforts through the door. A fanboy who panders and can't make a film to save his life. I won't judge his TV work because I've only scratched the surface of it and to be blunt I don't like it, but that's a format where visual expression is much less important.

Yeah, it's Marvel's best film.
Not much more I can say, but Vision and Scarlet Witch are onscreen. Years ago I would've found that impossible. They're dynamic in this film.

Also, you know that interviewer who asked Tarantino if his films caused violence?

Now RDJ straight up walked out of a press interview with him because he kept asking him questions about his time in prison and his drug addict days.

Which is especially super-shitty given that RDJ's son has had problems with drug abuse recently.

A very enjoyable, but still, a hot mess. First 2/3 uncannily felt like Exodus - moving from A to B without any dramatic heft at all because ridiculously squashed for runtime - but definitely some very nice character moments. It improves over time and by the time you get to act 3 I was really into it, and the ending was great. Also to contribute to the hot mess - the Iron Man 2 syndrome, wasn't sure how I felt about that aspect but anyway...

Real standouts - Renner, Bettany and OLSEN (especially at the end). Banner/Natasha chemistry I really really liked. The character moments in general were fantastic, so much potential that I felt was unused really because of runtime constraints and overstuffing.

Also Ultron was pretty good, but yeah too fast origins I have to say...

Visually looks better than the first which is a plus, digging the look. Score wise...meh? Bits from first film really took me out, Elfman's stuff sounded really great though.

May need a rewatch, in the meantime 7/10

Bring on Civil War. TWS is probably still my favourite MCU film.

P.S. Trailers: Spy (both trailers), Pitch Perfect 2 theatrical, Minions theatrical, Jurassic World theatrical (the new one), Halo 5.

P.P.S. Screw you Whedon for that cut to credits
