I was trying to restrain myself to one actor per film, and purely because of the character's predicament I'm fascinated by what Bale will bring to the table. But then there are lots of elements that interest me about that film - I thought Oldman gave the best performance of The Dark Knight for what it's worth and I'm looking forward to that too (although I suspect it'll be less screen time for him).

If you read closely, it says Gary Oldman (who portrays James Gordon in the Christopher Nolan Batman films) gave the best acting performance in the second instalment of the series 'The Dark Knight'.

Personally I go Ledger then Oldman. But they're pretty close.
