I'm not really a hardcore gamer. I'm loyal to the franchises I love, but I'm not into gaming as I am television or film. I guess I'm sorta that middle ground between casual and hardcore. But here are my 10 favorite video games of all time, anyway:
  • 10. Madden NFL series
    9. MLB: The Show series
    8. WWF No Mercy
    7. Sonic Adventure
    6. Jet Set Radio
    5. Super Mario 64/Super Mario Sunshine (I can't choose just one Mario game)
    4. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2
    3. Conker's Bad Fur Day
    2. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Never thought I'd put another Zelda game in with OoT, but I adore everything about Skyward Sword)
    1. Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow and Gold/Silver/Crystal (In my mind, the most deceptively addicting/deep game series of all time. I typically hate RPGs. Dig me some Pokeymans, though.)
Honestly, 1-3 are pretty interchangeable. I think I'm really loving Skyward Sword right now because I'm playing it and when I revisit OoT in the future I might switch those around, as I tend to go back and forth on my #1.
