To The Wonder: Ben Affleck, Olga Kurylenko, Rachel McAdams - as far as I'm concerned, those three are probably going to be the main characters... That film is coming out this year, maybe debuting at the Venice Film Festival. According to IMDb: "A romantic drama centered on a man who reconnects with a woman from his hometown after his marriage to a European woman falls apart." So...it's a bit of a love triangle, but like...an international one...since the other 2 seem to primarily be set within the states.
What used to be titled "Lawless": Christian Bale, Rooney Mara, Cate Blanchett, Ryan Gosling, Haley Bennett, Natalie Portman - the cast confirmed so far. I'm not sure if Bentley is also going to be in this one. The footage of Gosling and Mara are for this film, not To The Wonder, and it's going to reportedly start filming in the fall (according to Mara). This film will most likely be out after Knight of Cups. According to IMDb: "Two intersecting love triangles. Sexual obsession and betrayal set against the music scene in Austin, Texas." This is interesting, because some of the cast here are also in 'Cups', which a lot of people including myself think that both films are intertwined with each other.
Knight of Cups: Christian Bale, Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, Wes Bentley, Isabel Lucas, and now Imogen Poots. Simply put from IMDb: "A man is in search of love and truth." Huh. Not much info, but it's Malick. This is filming right now as seen in the pics.
Bale was supposed to be in To The Wonder, but had to drop out. Now he gets to do double with Malick.

Malick should make a movie about male strippers.
