Absolutely. Not only do they telegraph it about 30 minutes into the film, but the twist itself negates the very argument the film is trying to make.

I know one of the more insane ones is Jagged Edge, especially with the way that Peter Coyote is acting throughout the film.

Am I supposed to answer and then get yelled at for thinking the twist was one thing when in fact it was something else due to its ambiguity? I will not fall into such a trap!
