Almost forgot- the twist in Crazy Stupid Love added nothing.

I don't think that's so much a twist as it is just a change in character motivation.

Absolutely. Not only do they telegraph it about 30 minutes into the film, but the twist itself negates the very argument the film is trying to make.

I know one of the more insane ones is Jagged Edge, especially with the way that Peter Coyote is acting throughout the film.

Shutter Island's was sort of weak given the strength of the rest of the film leading up to it.

Am I supposed to answer and then get yelled at for thinking the twist was one thing when in fact it was something else due to its ambiguity? I will not fall into such a trap!

Plus, you know the twist I'm referring to. The big one near the end.

Is it a twist, though?

Let's not forget that final shot.
