I felt pretty far removed from the film world this/that year, more than I have before, so I don't mind too much. There were one or two things I didn't like but whatever.

To be honest, I am rather pleased with the results, and I couldn't say that the last 3 or 4 years. The Artist was the expected (and not undeserved) winner, and I liked the coice for Best Original Screenplay. I'm also glad that Hugo won 5 awards, I wouldn't even have minded if it had won Best Score, too.
