yeah i just wish the characters had as much depth as those in moon...i think even Gerty is more dimensional than any character in source code

I still don't see how Looper is anything like Minority Report. MR was concerned with predicting crimes that hadn't happened yet, Looper seems to be similar only in the sense that crimes have happened in the future...which isn't very similar at all. In my opinion, anyway.

the premise is similar

the person who persecutes others using some kind of sci-fi element, finds out that his next target is himself, and must go on the run......just like minority report


the interesting thing to me is that casting call for this refers to it as an Independent Feature film...studios arent backing this?

I'm sure a studio will pick it up but it is being independently produced.
