Didn't FilmStruck have a ton of older films not included in Criterion though?
Criterion Channel
It's also more money for less content currently, and there's a solid chance it'll go half a year or more without adding WB's portion to their service...
From my understanding, it will become apart of the Warner Streaming service when that launches in the 4th quarter of 2019.
But my point is that that means people will be spending more per month for considerably less than what FilmStruck offered for the majority of next year. And the logistics of its merge with WB's streaming service hasn't been fully revealed.
I totally feel you on that. But at the same time, this is probably the closest thing we'll have to Filmstruck. It might take some time to get the library Filmstruck had, but I Don't mind waiting.
