Your Honour, this trailer is guilty of killing comedy.
This is like the anti-Big Sick.

Unlike what Amazon did with the more subtle and thought out comedy of the Big Sick, with more downplayed writing and jokes, the trailer for Gringo seems to have been written with completely obvious "humor" and less actual effort or heart that The Big Sick had. This trailer just makes it seem like a mess. Granted, I haven't seen the film, and I like some of the actors in it.
