Yeah, technically Rogan has a point...simply because these 3 movies have come out within a few years of one another, and have used the same plot device. If they hadn't have been these major blockbusters and come out relatively close to one another, then no one would think much of it.

I also noticed this and it bothers me too. I see it as Avengers and Skyfall ripping of TDK though, be it intentional or not.
