Vader, I thought I saw you tweet yesterday you were here for this because Cassian was the best part of R1.
I deleted it since I meant character and never bothered typing it again. I like Cassian for reasons typed above and am intrigued if they'll make a morally ambiguous anti-hero type format but I doubt that'll happen.

Well if they don’t do that, I won’t even be interested. It wouldn’t make any sense not to portray him that way.

I'm not sure if a lot of Disney's choices with Star Wars make sense, honestly.

I think it will be refreshing POV in the star wars universe. Cassian was born a rebel or rather he chose to be a rebel instead of the countless jedi origin stories we have had already. I think thats what I liked most about RO, lack of jedi fuckery.

We're getting a Cassian Andor Series before a Obi-Wan film or TV Show?

Yeah, but that would require effort

It's almost as if "secret agent who can go on missions anywhere across the galaxy" is more fertile than "hermit in Jundland Wastes on one planet that's in 5 SW movies"

i haven’t seen rogue one in ages, so it’s not like i remember all that much, but maybe yeah, this could be a nice idea, if executed properly.

i mean, i would watch diego luna paint walls for hours or something, the guy just has that very likeable and cute factor about himself, so yeah whyyy not

He wrote some of the best episodes of The Americans which means he wrote some of the best episodes of TV ever.

Honestly more interested now.
