BTW, I was 12 or so when I watched it the first time and I loved it. I may not have understood everything the first time, but I loved it. The more times I've watched it, I've been able to appreciate the sheer grandeur of this movie even more.

beginning is amazing, kind of a bore till we meet HAL, then the 2nd half is perfect
