I hate to say it, but kids need to get over it. Deadpool's never really been a kid-centered comic (from what I've seen). Even the PG-13(ish) trailers don't look really family appropriate. It's like rating Watchmen PG-13. It wouldn't have the same effect and sometimes kids don't know what they're trying to see.
