If you are a fan of the other movies, it is definitely worth seeing in cinema imo.

I think this is mostly right. It's less action oriented and more plotty. There's a lot of exposition and stuff that requires an adult attention span. It still plays as a fast-paced action flick though. The editing, score, and sound all have a nice rhythm and energy.

It's no Ultimatum, but gives Identity and Supremacy a run for their money in my books.

Pretty much. I also personally enjoyed Renner more than Damon, his performance was more intense and captivating when needed and portrayed a greater complexity to his character and had a lot more nuance to his performance imo.
