I mean, you could, but I doubt it'd be as appropriate for the situation as my post was.7212017 wrote:I could respond with the same for at least 95% of your posts.Bacon wrote:LMAO7212017 wrote:Yorke is no Goblin though.

I have one question. Have you even seen the original Suspiria?Bacon wrote:

If not, kindly shut the fuck up, because your opinion means absolutely nothing if you don't even know what you're talking about. I said Thom Yorke was no Goblin. Are you even familiar with Goblin's work in the original?

I haven't seen the original (and you or Allstar probably tuned out here) but I have heard Goblin's work in the original. I knew this was happening before it was announced but didn't feel the need to post. Because of that, I listened to the original music and looked into the film. Then when it was announced it was true, I got excited to hear one of my favorite musicians handle a film score. My statement was not about the original film and neither was yours. You flat out said "Thom Yorke is no Goblin" which implies that one is inferior based on artistic quality or capability and my point was that if one person didn't need to be underestimated, it's Yorke. He's the lead writer and composer in one of the world's largest and most critically acclaimed bands of the past 2 decades. There's no need to doubt him even though Goblin's work in the original is fantastic. That was the point to my post.7212017 wrote:I have one question.
