It's dumb enough to warrant mentioning twice. I mean the "smoking gun" is that a location from Spider-Man 3 is also in Life.

He's a VERY talented director, but Dredds box office totally screwed him.
But he hasn't really directed anything though? IIRC he has only produced. Not that I mean that negatively towards him because I quite like the guy.

What has he directed?
Phrasing should have been clearer: he's a great director (the "bootleg" shorts, one of which was even about Venom), but since the only big movie he's been involved with was a disaster financially he's pretty much gotten nothing to do. Didn't mean to imply Shankar directed Dredd.
