Alright, so obviously the "We are Venom" is out of context in the last scene. And obviously, Michelle William's wig takes me out of the scenes she's in. And also obviously, I can't take Hardy serious as some goody two shoes reporter. With that being said, I'm there opening day.

I'm loving those "Jekyll-and-Hyde" moments with Hardy, but the rest looks absolutely generic as hell.

It really does look bad. It's as if they tried to do a grounded Logan-like film but forgot to put the heart in it. It looks totally generic, Hardy looks astonishingly bad in these trailers and I don't really see something that could hook audiences to it.
