Uncut Gems

Really good follow up to Good time but suffers from being far more predictable. Good Times pace is relentless while this cant quite capture that same feeling. Sandler is amazing. Visuals and sound are top notch as well.
I agree. good time is better, but I did think this was somehow more intense (or at least more anxiety inducing). the way they immerse you into a totally other world is remarkable.

I really want to see Uncut Gems. I'm also going to watch more of Pattinson's work. I haven't seen that much work from him but I've loved his performances in Lost City of Z and Good Time.

I listened to it on the way to / from work and while I don't remember any, I can't promise they didn't spoil anything.

The Farewell: Really good. Surprised to see it got no pushback for promoting values which are obviously antithetical to western ideas about freedom.

Ad Astra: Yeah this is the one; Gray's masterpiece, so far. Also put all other recent space movies to shame.

Did the same. I believe its spoiler free.

@Allstar. I enjoyed his role. It was minor but he fit in that world.

John Mulaney and the Sack Lunch Bunch

One of the most hilarious things I've seen in recently memory.
