Wow, the creature effects look terrible. I wished these films were about a guy travelling the world and discovering and observing these magical creatures instead of 'Harry Potter and the Tedious Prologue'.

same, but im guessing the overall premise and vision of the series will hopefully shift pretty dramatically over time

and the central cast of characters become waaaaay more likable. Newt and Tina both manage to be extremely irritating characters albeit in very different ways.
