Yep, the two spots are reserved for those films for me and the top spot all those films are interchangable with each other. Choosing a top 10 is a ridiculous idea anyway so why not be more ridiculous and have multiple films by the director which you loved per spot. But Batman Begins is clearly a notch below the top 3 for me so that's a definite #2.
