Interesting that they both happen to have the same minority opinion on a critically acclaimed film.
do you have friends?

because generally friends will share similar opinions on things

Nope, I never had a single friend in my life. :cry:
I disagree a ton with them, just having the same opinion on everything with them is boring.

that slow delivery
the pauses between dialogue
THAT ROOM TONE
the clarity of their voices
that concise edit
that pleasing framing

it's like getting a massage
Last night I re-watched some scenes because I remember liking the electronic ambient score, aside from that main jingle. I really enjoyed how feral the "are we having a party?" scene was. The two other models were pretty good. I don't want to be mean and stereotype them as playing themselves when they do those characters but that and the ending came together nicely. That peak level of vanity where every relation is "what can I get from you?";
advancement/status, sex, or nourishment. Also how the alpha girl is fine with anything in service to those goals whereas the sidekick girl was soft and couldn't take what they had done.
The rest of the film dragged hard tho.

I usually post my top 10 every year on Oscar night but I'm too far behind this year.

I'll just say Manchester by the Sea is the best thing I've seen this year.
