yeah it's fincher lite so far

Stopped mid-episode 1. Something wasn't right with the main cast. That club scene made me cringe and went on for far too long. Compare it with TSN club scene(s) and you'll see the difference.

It picks up a lot in episode 2.

I had to rewatch the first ten minutes of episode one like 3 times because I kept losing focus. But episode 2 is where it starts hitting its stride and it is smooth sailing from there.

I don't find the lead actor very engaging yet.

The creators never meant to focus on an actor; there are no lead players. The subject is what matters.
