didn’t time, but didn’t feel like longer than a few minutes. even when she was there, she’d mostly be in the background for other characters with barely anything to say of her own.
“I’m greatful to Rian for a lot of things but nothing more grateful than Kelly.” -JJ Abrams
What an absolute phony/fraud just trying to get cool points. So insincere.

If you want to know what happens between her and Finn in the movie.
He literally pats her on the shoulder that one time, that's that.
Allstar, it sounded better on paper. Once I saw it myself, the editing, the dialogues, everything felt wrong. This movie felt so rushed, no breathing room at all.

Fair enough. Execution is everything.
Is Sheev also disappointing? Seeing it in 24 hours.
I liked Palpatine and the whole Sith angle. Probably the most entertaining part of the movie. They and Kylo's angle is what I loved about it
a part from how they used Kylo in the end
KMT is totally wasted, doesn't have any arc in this, she's just there to spew exposition for a couple of seconds and for reaction shots to things that other characters are doing.
I didn't care for her character in TLJ that much so it didn't bother me here but I wonder why Abrams created equally pointless characters of his own in this instead of using KMT for most of this. Especially the parts played by Ackie. I guess both Ackie and Keri's character designs can sell more toys and that's why.
What's funny is that this film would have been better if it was only about Kylo, Rey, Palpatine, the Sith and the Jedi. Even Finn and Poe are just fluff in this. Both actors are entertaining enough and I like the Indiana Jones angle to the story but it was totally not essential to the ending.
After reading couple reviews and looking at twitter reactions was expecting a train wreck, but it wasn't that bad. The positive of lower expectations. Starts off at a break-neck speed with too much going on at first, but levels out eventually.
Stuff with Kylo and Rey are the strength of the film, easily. The rest don't do too much, and it's disappointing that
