If Capcom want to announce Season 4 before Capcom Cup, might as well do that at the Tokyo Game Show, which is in late September or at a Redbull event in November (but I'm not holding my breath).

By the way, no Poison, but rumors out there suggest Makoto, C. Viper, Oro and Necro will return for next season.
