Singer apparently doesn't like to do more than two X-Men films in a row.

Anyway McAvoy/ATJ and Williams/Turner reunions should be cool.£

I think this is strange but THR said McAvoy is not in this and I don't think Turner is either since she's getting her own Dark Phoenix movie. I'm really not sure if Fox really knows what they're doing with this franchise at this juncture.

I for sure thought this was a TV show because I havent read anything about this movie. The trailer adds to that belief.
