I think so. Last week there was a sighting of Bale and Serkis in a London Hotel.
The guy said they were there for the filming of The Jungle Book. He posted a picture with one of the cast members.

The Hotel is close to Warners Studios in London.

...why wouldn't the others be doing Mo-Cap? Why would it only be Serkis?

If they're all mo-capping, I think I'm most excited to see Blanchett. She's playing a python! :o :D
