m'kay, I honestly can't say that I know what I'm talking about so fine.
All I know is that nobody but the Avengers should control the Avengers. As Cap says, their hands are the safest and they should take responsibility for themselves, that's no one else's job.

The article's not super accurate. The B-roll shows that there is a practical suit.
1:29, 2:58 Are all practical. There is a mocap one at 3:36 though.

Also, a parallel I just realized:
T'Challa sparing the man who killed his father while Stark rages trying to kill the man who assassinated his parents.
